ICAgile – Business Analyst Course (ICP-BVA)
February 23 - February 24
An event every 3 months that begins at 12:00am on day Second of the month, repeating until June 30, 2019
If you’re a Business Analyst in an organization moving from waterfall to Agile does that mean you’ll be lost with nothing to do?
We certainly don’t think so. BAs have arguably one of the most important roles in an Agile project, because they talk to everyone involved. This course will show you how to combine your existing analysis skills with Agile tools and techniques. This means you’ll be better equipped to deliver value to product owners, manage all of the stakeholder wish lists and help ensure your team know what they’re doing. Far from being lost you’ll have found a way to be more successful. The skills required for effective business analysis and product ownership overlap extensively, so this course teaches you both. This course leverages the Agile Extension to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and shows how the Discovery/Delivery techniques covered in the Extension can be applied effectively in Agile projects.
